ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Albany man was sentenced on Tuesday to seven years in prison. Davis Stewart, 37, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree reckless endangerment.
Stewart was accused of assaulting a woman and her son in her Albany apartment. The Albany County District Attorney’s Office said the victim them pursued him in her vehicle before another altercation occurred and Stewart was arrested and found with three bags of crack cocaine.
